We are looking for people to join our staff who are smiley, innovative, multitasking, energetic and passionate about people.

As an E-Host, your challenge will be:

- Welcome and provide information of Hotel concept, assisting clients in all steps and processes involved in their stay;
- Identify and anticipate customer expectations, smoothing access to solutions and services that ensure their satisfaction;
- Assist client in procedures for check in and chek out;
- Assist client with the baggage and follow up to the room;
- Assist client in preparing any food or drink available;
- Ensure the replacement of products available in the eating areas, ensuring the levels of cleanliness;
- Be permanently available to interact with customers, if requested, in particular to inform them not only about the different areas of the Hotel, but also about the best places to visit in the city historic / cultural terms, best restaurants, best shopping areas and leisure.

Should you have…:

- Proficiency in English Language and a third foreign language;
- Experience /International Academic Background (Eg. have attended programs such as Erasmus, Leonardo DaVinci, Inov Contacto);
- Experience in relevant extracurricular areas of your initial academic training (eg voluntary activities; experiences of entrepreneurship; practice of sports, etc..)
- Cultural and historical Lisbon knowledge;
- Knowledge of other countries and cultures.
- Ease in establishing inter personal relationships;
- New technologies orientation;
- Enthusiasm, optimistic and versatile attitude;
- Creativity and Dynamic as characteristics that stand up;
- Empathy and availability as strong values;
- Team Player spirit.
