Currently, for their Lisbon office, we are looking for Customer Care Agents and Customer Translator Agents (m/f), who can speak fluently English, to reinforce our client's operations teams.
As a Customer Care Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will also assist customers by responding to queries related to products, services, general inquiries and assist with order placement while complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.
As a Customer Translator Agents, you will provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, email and skype. You will also be responsible for interpreting and translating documents and phone situations that clients will need, in different fields like
