For our business in LISBON, PORTUGAL we are currently looking for a Team Manager German Market (M/F). The Team Manager is responsible for his Team to achieve the performance targets and quality standards of the company, developing effective measures of supervision and training regarding the development of the agents, ensuring optimal compliance with trade agreements and performing the necessary administrative and customer service tasks for a World leading IT manufacturer.

Your profile:

• Native German (written and spoken)
• Very good language skills (written and spoken) in English
• Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience with good conduct
• Excellent knowledge of Ubisoft gaming services
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
• Able to work under pressure
• Very good assertiveness skills
• Team spirit, ability to motivate and coach team members
• Good social skills
• Strong administration and organization skills
• Very good analytical skills

Your responsibilities:

• Lead your own team to achieve the performance targets and quality standards of the company
• Developing effective measures of supervision and training, regarding the development of the agents
• Managing quality and answer product/tools/process questions
• Creating and managing reports and processing escalations
• Conducting disciplinary and personal development conversations
• Performing the necessary administrative and customer service tasks
